Hawke Interchangeable Turrets: This patented locking and re-settable turret system allows you to change between 1/4 MOA to either 1/8 MOA or 1/10 MRAD suiting your personal shooting preference. Unscrew the locking collar and lift off the turret from the scope. Each turret contains an indexing system that ensures the location and alignment are maintained during installation. When you push down on the turret and screw the locking collar back down, the scope is ready. SR TMX Reticle: The TMX reticle is designed for long range target shooting and utilizes the common principles of Mil-Dot spacing when magnification is set to 20x. As with Mil-Dot spacing, the series of larger hash marks represent a unit of angel called an mrad (milliradian) or mil for short. This is equivalent to a gap of 3.6 inches at 100 yards, or 3 feet at 1,000 yards. Allowing for 8 mil spacing of hold-over to the outer edge of the field of view, along with 3 mil spacing of windage in each direction, the TMX is a versatile reticle that provides aim points no matter how extreme the conditions.
